Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Eclypse Body Oils. We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully.
Returns:
We accept returns on body oils within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) excluding any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@eclypseoils.shop so that we can resolve the issue promptly. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and sale items.
